On or about October 28, 2013, I was informed by a representive of Wells Fargo Bank that there was an outstanding balance and charge off on a credit card which had been opened by someone with my stepmother Elizabeth Reklai Meek's cell phone number and address in Honolulu on Ena Road.  It would appear she had opened this account in 2007.  The credit card was finally closed after close to $5000 was charged on the card.

  Upon further research I learned a Summons and Complaint was filed and served on June 29, 2012 by Michael Shannon regarding litigation on the credit card.  The person who accepted service was identified as Merkii Urmakl-Meek who is Elizabeth's grandaughter from Palau.  

I filed a compaint with the Honolulu Police Department on April 22, 2014.  The case was originally investigated by Detective John McCarthy who handed the case over to Detective Keith Vegas who is currently investigating as of of March 2015.  

On February 19, 2015 I had a conversation with Detective Vegas and advised him to contact Wells Fargo (I provided the contact information) and proceed with obtaining all the necessary documents needed to continue with the investigation.
